Engineering

Our highly competent and well-trained professional engineering team brings a variety of specialized skills from the Steel Industry, including Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and Hot Briquette Iron (HBI) producer sectors. The department is divided into three main areas:

Technical Assessment

Our clients will be counted upon to solve complex problems with a view to improvement. To accomplish this goal, our Engineering team will foster the review and study of technical issues with the corresponding development of the most suitable and timely solution, as well as provide the proper support for the process implementation.

Maintenance Management

With the development of a Maintenance Management Process, our clients will count not only with cost-effective maintenance routines and instructions for the timely care of plant equipment but also with the guidance to optimize maintenance and reliability strategy and processes and ensure a safe workplace. All of this on the basis that quality and maintenance of plant equipment ensure the required stable and continuous operation, allowing our Clients to achieve its annual production goals.

Spare Parts Inventory Management

Spare Parts management goes beyond simply replacing a broken part; therefore a successful Inventory and Spare Parts Management process and tools are vital to improve warehouse service, enhance inventory information and optimize stock levels. As a result, our Clients will be able to maximize asset performance, minimize production downtime, reduce emergency procurement, deal with excess inventory and prevent stocking levels be affected by project demands.

Automation and control

Our Automation and Control services are centred on configuring, programming and implementing DCS and SCADA, including accurate analysis of behaviours and turning of process control loops. In addition, our Client’s key personnel can efficiently oversee from anywhere and/or receive critical alarm notifications on real-time via voice, email or text, maximizing production uptime while reducing plant maintenance and staff costs.
